Agreement
These terms govern services provided by Letsvibe LLC, doing business as LetsVibe Studio. A signed proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms and controls if terms conflict.
Services and client responsibilities
We provide the services in the agreed scope. You must provide accurate product information, claims substantiation, brand assets, feedback and approvals on time.
Payments and revisions
Fees and payment timing appear in the proposal or invoice. Work may pause on overdue amounts. Included revision rounds are stated in the scope. A new concept or material scope change may require an additional fee and timeline.
Ownership
After full payment, the client owns final approved deliverables created specifically for the engagement. We retain working files, unused concepts, methods, templates and pre-existing materials unless agreed otherwise.
Creator and portfolio rights
Creator content is subject to the usage term, channels and territory in the project scope. We only feature client work in our portfolio with permission.
Compliance and results
You are responsible for final approval of product claims, offers and campaigns. We write with platform policies in mind, but cannot guarantee platform approval or advertising results.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed fees paid for the affected project during the prior three months.
Governing law
