Delivered work
Payments for delivered work are non-refundable. This includes completed concepts, scripts, designs, video drafts, final files and booked creator production already performed.
Unused prepaid work
Unused prepaid work may be refunded pro rata when requested in writing within 14 days of payment. We deduct completed work, work in progress, committed creator fees and non-recoverable third-party costs.
Monthly services
Monthly engagements require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Work scheduled or completed during the notice period remains payable.
How to request
Email accounts@letsvibe.us with the invoice number and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible.
